Rachel Baker operates GoodPuzzles. This notice explains how GoodPuzzles handles information connected to the service.

What GoodPuzzles keeps

The service keeps your account email, private shelf, solve sessions, notes, uploaded photos, ratings, reviews, and the puzzle records you submit. It also records that you confirmed you are 18 or older when you created the account, and every handle the account has ever used. Operational logs may include request details needed to keep the service secure and working.

Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. GoodPuzzles sets no advertising cookies and does not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

What is public

The puzzle catalog, aggregate counts, published ratings, and published review text are public. Your email is never public. Your handle is public only after you turn on public activity and accept the current disclosure.

What the public-activity setting does

When on, anyone, including search engines, can open your handle page and see your handle beside published ratings and review text. When off, that page disappears and past reviews become anonymous. The review text and rating remain public.

What stays private

Your wanted puzzles, current and finished shelf, exact solve dates, progress notes, and photos stay private. The public-activity setting does not publish them.

Service providers

GoodPuzzles uses Supabase for accounts and database storage, Cloudflare for hosting and private photo storage, and retailers or puzzle makers as external link and cover-image sources. Those providers receive the technical data needed to serve a request.

Accounts are for adults

GoodPuzzles does not offer accounts to anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, email privacy@goodpuzzles.app.

Your control

You can turn public activity off in your account at any time. That removes the live public identity immediately, although search engines or other people may retain earlier copies. A handle you have used stays reserved to your account after you change or hide it, so nobody else can take it and inherit what you published under it.

To request account deletion, a copy of your data, or help with a privacy concern, email privacy@goodpuzzles.app. GoodPuzzles may need to confirm that the account is yours before completing a request.
